What is a battery repack?
A repack replaces the worn-out cells inside your existing battery enclosure with fresh, high-grade lithium cells — restoring runtime and range without the cost of a brand-new pack. We retain your housing, connectors and (where suitable) your BMS, rebuild the cell array to spec, and fully test before it leaves the bench. Ideal for e-bikes, e-scooters, e-skateboards, mobility, and custom builds.

How it works
Four simple steps from drop-off to a like-new pack.
1. Assess
Send us your pack or details. We test capacity, inspect the cells, BMS and housing, and quote the work.
2. Dismantle
We carefully open the enclosure, remove the spent cell array and salvage reusable components.
3. Rebuild
Fresh, matched cells are spot-welded to spec, fitted with a healthy BMS and sealed back into your housing.
4. Test & Return
Full charge, discharge and safety testing, then your restored pack is shipped back ready to use.
