Warranty, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Change of Mind
If you change your mind on any purchases you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receiving.
You are required to pay for return shipping.
All products returned must be in original condition and in original packaging this is deemed at our discretion.
Change of mind returns have a 50% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
We only accept change of mind returns on stocked products which excludes all custom jobs.

Warranty
We have a 1 year warranty period from the date of purchase.
Warranty is only for manufacturing defects and does not include normal wear and tear.
If an item is faulty contact us and we will first try and fix any issues before any refunds are issued.
Please note refunds are only issued at our discretion if we deem the issues not fixable.
Warranty is on a return to base basis.
Repairing or replacing the battery passed this period it will be at our discretion.

To start a change of mind return or a warranty claim
Please send us an email with your invoice or order no, name, phone number, the request, and for warranties the fault.
We attempt to respond to all emails within 1-3 business days.
Change of mind returns can take up to 28 business days for a refund to be processed unless there are shipping delays or anything that causes delay the is out of our control.
